  • Visual inspection of system components and installation quality

  • Continuity testing of protective conductors

  • Insulation resistance testing of DC and AC circuits

  • Polarity verification

  • Open-circuit voltage (Voc) and short-circuit current (Isc) measurement

  • Operational performance checks under standard test conditions

  • Earth fault loop impedance and RCD testing

All tests are carried out in accordance with BS EN 62446-1:2016+A1:2018, the British Standard for grid-connected photovoltaic systems.

  • Earth fault loop impedance testing

  • RCD trip time and current testing (AC and DC)

All testing is conducted in compliance with BS EN 61851-1, BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), and the Code of Practice for EV Charging Equipment Installation (IET).
